Your Learning Plan is unique to you and your job role. It is a collection of the materials you need to prepare for your responsibilities, excel in your area of expertise, and advance your career. Each course you complete is recorded and credited to your account—opening up more opportunities for training and work.
Click any course to get started on it. As you complete each article, video, quiz, etc within a course, your progress is tracked so that you can pick up where you left off. Your personal learning plan turns every step in preparing and adapting to your role into a simple, straightforward process.

Request Time Off
Select the type of time off you want, when you need it, and add a message explaining your request. This request will be sent to your manager for approval.
Your progress score is the percentage of required learning materials you have completed on the site. Achieving 100% completion means you have taken every possible step on Fabric to meet your job requirements and master your role. However, maintaining 100% means keeping up with additional required content or reviews as they are released.
Earn points for completing courses, quizzes, and goals! Your points represent your achievements so far. Your rank increases as you accumulate more points.
